| Shawn Bailey is the Creative Head of Interactive Media for CBC Television's Arts and Entertainment division. During the past 12 years, Shawn has produced numerous projects for Digital, Television and Radio. In his role, Shawn oversees both in-house and Independent production. His team's work has been shown internationally and featured in publications such as Communication Arts and has been the recipient of numerous awards. Shawn's role has been to sketch new possibilities for digital production and storytelling enabled by advancements in technology and emerging trends.

| Pary Bell is Vice President, Content for Canwest Digital Media. He is responsible for the overall digital content strategy of all Canwest broadcasting properties including Global Television, Food Network Canada, HGTV, E!, Showcase and Slice.
Prior to his role at Canwest Media, Pary was the Director, Online Media for Alliance Atlantis Communications and Senior Producer for Children’s and Youth Interactive at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. When not overseeing a talented team of directors, managers, producers and designers, Pary can often be found on the bike trails of Toronto. |

| Fred Hasson has an extensive experience of TV, web-media and games sectors. Hasson was until recently Founder and CEO of UK Games developers trade body,TIGA (2001-8), he recently joined RedBedlam, a Brighton based MMOG and Virtual World developer as Executive Director, who have developed one of the few UK produced 3D Virtual World products on the market (www.roma-victor.com) demonstrating where he believes the future of interactive entertainment is heading. He also operates a consulting company.

| Scott leads all key activities of Changeist, a company that explores humannforesight through research, consulting, communication and experience design, based near the Research Triangle. With over 15 yearsnas a thought leader, analyst, consultant, writer and futurist, Scott has traveled the globe monitoring and mapping the convergence of social,ntechnological and economic change. He served as a futurist and director for a Washington, DC-based foresight firm, helping respected brandsnsuch as Nokia, Honda, P&G, Kellogg's and McDonald's understand and plan for new consumer behaviors and the technologiesnthat will impactntheir lives in the future. Prior to this, Scott led consumer and business research and consulting practices for the Yankee Group, Current Analysis and Jupiter Communications, in London, Washington, DC and New York, respectively. In these roles, he learned and refined the analytical, pragmatic view of the world that makes Changeist's insights distinctive and valuable today.
Scott's straight-ahead analysis and resistance to industry hype has allowed him to maintain a clear and focused view of how technology has altered the face of ours lives asnconsumers globally -- and allowed him to better understand how it is really changing business -- looking past the smoke and mirrors to find evidence on the ground. He successfuly forecasted such trends as the rise of interactive television in Europe, the growth of lifestyle-centered communication services, the convergence of healthncare, media and communications in new products and services and the greening of consumer technology. He has shared his vision at major conferences such as the recent LIFT08, LIFT07, SxSW and the FT'snSEnEuropean Telecommunications Forum, and his opinions have been reported by Bloomberg, Le Monde, CNN, and CNBC. Scott is currently researching a book, Emotional Connectivity, about the next frontier of digital communication, which he plans to have published in 2009.

| David U.K., a 16-year media veteran is the Managing Director, Worldwide of Heavy.com overseeing Heavy's International operations, including all revenue, ad sales, affiliate relations, content licensing and distribution.
David U.K. formerly served as General Manager of Heavy Canada, where revenues tripled since its 2007 launch. Overseeing Heavy's Canadian business, U.K. was responsible for having opened Heavy's Toronto office, the first for the company outside of its New York City headquarters.
Heavy is a leading broadband destination in Canada providing an engaging and measurable marketing platform in a television-like environment reaching the elusive 18-49 year old male. Heavy currently reaches 1,360,000 Million Unique Visitors in Canada as reported by ComScore Media Metrix, July 2008. Heavy has doubled its Canadian audience and tripled its Canadian revenue since inception in January 2007.
David launched three Heavy TV shows in Canada on Alliance Atlantis Networks - IFC, Showcase Diva and Showcase Action and placed Heavy as a primary content partner with Virgin Mobile Canada. Previously David U.K. launched and managed the interactive media division, Standard Interactive, a Premiere Online Entertainment Network for Canada's largest private broadcast company, Standard Broadcasting. David held the position of Vice President, Sales and Strategic Alliances.
David's professional activities include; Professional Speaker; Chair, Video Committee - IAB Canada; Advisory Board, nextMEDIA: Monetizing Digital Media; Member IRC-, Pro-Financial Asset Management Inc.
Prior to Standard Interactive, David held international management positions at a number of prominent media companies, including: Promenade Magazine, New York (VP and Publisher), and UGO Networks, Inc. New Yorkn(Director of Sponsorships, Sales and E-commerce), Shift Multimedian(East Coast Advertising Manager); and at Time Warner, Hong Kong (Senior Advertising Manager), among other companies.

| Founder and president of FanTrust Entertainment Strategies, Catherine Warren is a management consultant to the media industry, specializing in digital business. Catherine’s client work includes strategic initiatives for major broadcast and telecommunications companies such as CTV, CBC, PBS/KCTS and Bell Canada; computer corporations such as Sun Microsystems, Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft; as well as game and animation studios Radical, Studio B Productions and Decode Entertainment. An interactive media veteran, Catherine’s executive productions include the Gemini Award-winning CTVNEWS.com. From 1999 to 2001 she was Chief Operating Officer of Blue Zone, an international leader in uniting television with new media. Under Catherine’s leadership, this publicly traded Nasdaq company with a US$300 million market capitalization delivered broadcasters and producers new audiences and new revenue streams through innovative technology and content models.
Working in the United States, the United Kingdom, Western Europe and Canada for two decades, Catherine has published more than 25 books and magazine series for adults and children on science and computing as well as produced numerous award-winning Web sites and interactive broadcasts. In 1987, as founding Bureau Chief for the US-based publisher PCI, Catherine built a stable of European magazines, featuring early new media technology, and directed the company’s international news andnsales teams from a base in London. |

| Agnes Zak currently holds the position of Regional Director, Business Development (Interim) and Regional Executive, New Media - Telefilm.
Ms.Zak possesses impressive experience in both the high-tech and start-upsectors. She honed her digital media expertise at ExtendMedia Inc., a software and media services company. Her hands on experience oftechnical and creative aspects of digital media created a perfect matchfor Telefilm’s Canada New Media Fund, which she joined as an Analyst in2001.
Since then Agnes has held the positions of Analyst,Television and New Media, and Analyst, Feature Film before being appointed to lead and manage New Media Unit. In her role of Regional Executive, New Media Agnes is responsible for making financing decisions for English-language new media concepts from the Ontario region. As the Regional Director, Business Development Ms. Zak plays a key role in helping to achieve Telefilm’s vision:“Canadian talent, creating Canadian content that engages Canadians and the world.” Her focus is on regional business development, which includes building and strengthening relations with stakeholders and contributors, identifying special programs, events and initiatives to stimulate the project pipeline, build local talent and improve client capacity to succeed in a multiplatform environment. | | | | | | |
